Liuhe Pagoda (literally means Six Harmonies pagoda) in Hangzhou, capital of East China's Zhejiang province, recently reopened to the public after a year's renovation. In April, peony flowers are in full blossom near the Liuhe Pagoda.

The Six Harmonies Pagoda is one of the true masterpieces of ancient Chinese architectures. The pagoda was named Six Harmonies (‘Liuhe’ in Chinese) to signify the harmony of heaven, earth, and the four directions: east, west, south and north.
